Job Title: Workstation Support Analyst
Location: Nashville, TN
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and guidance to users, ensuring efficient operation of workstation software and hardware.
- Monitor and update the dispatch system, working on incoming tickets as assigned.
- Test, troubleshoot, maintain, modify, validate, and document application packages.
- Document configurations and standards to improve resolution time.
- Perform administrative tasks such as reporting, ordering replacement parts, and tracking status/inventory of items.
- Stay updated with new technologies related to workstation support procedures.
Skills Required:
- Ability to provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software.
- Ability to provide on-the-spot training to users.
- Understanding of operating systems imaging concepts.
- Ability to make recommendations on selection of hardware and software products to address business requirements.
- Familiarity with computer and workstation equipment.
- Ability to assist in the support and maintenance of the overall infrastructure.
Education and Experience:
- Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job related field, or 2 years of job related work experience.
- 2 years of technical operations support experience.
- A+ Certification is preferred.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, multi-platformed environment requiring action and response 24X7 to support our client's technical business needs.
- Routine transporting of items up to 30 lbs, and occasionally up to 70lbs.
