US – IT Support / Technician I

New York, New York

Working hours: 8:30 AM to 5 PM ET (No weekend work required)
100% in the office – NYC – MUST be ok to work onsite 100%

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent IT-support experience to our global Client working from anywhere
  • Be our representative in our IT Bars and other support channels
  • Run incoming requests and give personal and remote support on hardware and software problems to fellow Client employees
  • Maintain printers, meeting room technology, and other IT related equipment in Client offices
  • Assist infrastructure teams (Network Ops, A/V) with diagnosis and issue resolution
  • Administration and support of Google Workspace, JAMF, and centralized user management (LDAP)
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to make sure alignment remains on a global scale within the IT Support area
  • Continuously work with updating support documentation
  • Participate in the onboarding (e.g. Hello Client Day) for new employees

Experience required

  • At least 2 years of work experience in a helpdesk environment
