Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
- Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you’ll be responsible for executing comprehensive recruiting strategies, attracting a diverse range of highly skilled talent, and providing top-tier service to candidates and hiring leaders. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work, with on-site presence required on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Sourcing Consultant to develop strategies for identifying and attracting diverse, qualified talent to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Proactively source and create talent pipelines for various roles based on hiring trends.
- Manage the hiring process from resume review to job offer, including phone screens, candidate presentation to hiring leaders, and job offer facilitation.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting our value proposition to strengthen our brand in the market.
- Maintain all applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of diversity and community recruiting initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure top talent.
- Ability to drive high candidate experience favorability scores.
- Proficiency in leveraging multiple channels and social media technology in recruitment campaigns.
- Strong communication skills to effectively deliver important employment information.
- Ability to track goals, metrics, and performance of the hiring cycle.
- Knowledge of OFCCP compliance and recruiting best practices.
