Job Title: Supply Chain Manager

Location: Remote, preferred work hours 7am-4pm PST

Description:

  • Join our dynamic team as a Supply Chain Manager, working remotely or from Thousand Oaks, CA. You’ll be part of our External Planning & Delivery Pre-Commercial Supply Chain group, orchestrating supply planning and delivery of pre-clinical, clinical, and commercial inventory of pipeline products manufactured at our client’s Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMO). You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing the end-to-end supply chain for our client’s new product introduction (NPI) to the external manufacturing sites.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support our client’s Integrated Business Processes at the site level, including Plan-To Stock, Order-To-Cash, and hand-off processes to CMO/internal functions
  • Design and execute the implementation of all elements of a new external site supply chain
  • Execute end-to-end supply chain operations such as order and invoice management, shipment management, warehouse management, and inventory management
  • Conduct in-depth planning scenario analyses to optimize the demand/supply planning and inventory management
  • Understand CMO Supply Chain capabilities and take proactive actions to overcome constraints
  • Develop and deliver reports, presentations, and recommendations to executive audiences

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in a reimbursement HUB, medical insurance, physician office, or healthcare setting
  • Hands-on supply chain professional experience with external suppliers/manufacturers
  • Familiarity with supply planning and international logistics management
  • Continuous improvement mindset and strong problem-solving skills
  • Experience in SAP and RapidResponse ERP environments
  • Strong project management skills and demonstrated ability to implement and lead sophisticated projects and programs
  • Demonstrated experience in supplier or vendor management is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in a continuous improvement role applying tools, methodologies, and change management is nice to have
  • Proven communication and negotiation skills with external parties and contract development experience
