Job Title: ServiceNow Event Management Lead
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the current ServiceNow Event Management process and technology setup
- Analyze existing Event Management alerts, correlation rules, and actions, and provide recommendations for improvements
- Document assessment findings and potential enhancements in line with best practices
- Translate improvement opportunities into technical ServiceNow Event Management stories
- Lead the technical implementation and operation of ServiceNow Event Management enhancements
- Coordinate with our client’s offshore developers for ServiceNow configuration and functional testing
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow Event Management
- Proficient in ITIL V3/V4 Framework, with a focus on Event Management and orchestration tools
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Event Management
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to perform well under pressure
