Job Summary:
- Join our dynamic team as a Business Systems Analyst! We're looking for a team player who thrives in an Agile environment and has a knack for gathering requirements. This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work remotely two days a week.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and articulate project requirements
- Ensure project execution aligns with stakeholder expectations
- Collaborate with a Product Owner and a Crew
- Participate in Service Now Transformation Project
- Contribute to cost reduction initiatives
Skills Required:
- 4-6 years of experience in an Agile environment
- Proven track record in requirements gathering
- Bachelor's degree
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Service Now
- Ability to conduct system demos
- Team player
- Collaborative mindset
