Job Title: Senior Scientist

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Senior Scientist to join our team in Cambridge, MA. This role will collaborate with the Commercial Attribute Sciences department, providing analytical support, method validation, and quality control (QC) support. The ideal candidate will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop analytical tools that enhance manufacturing processes and product development.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our client’s Commercial Attribute Sciences department, providing analytical support, method validation, and QC support.
- Work closely with a team of analytical chemists, organic chemists, engineers, and formulators to develop analytical tools for manufacturing processes and products.
- Utilize platform and prior product knowledge to advance practices and ensure the success of the commercial and clinical portfolio.
Skills Required:
- B.S. degree with 6+ years of experience in analytical techniques for small molecules.
- Ability to define analytical control strategies and implement methodologies for late-stage programs.
- Experience collaborating with drug substance and drug product Process Development and Quality colleagues.
- Strong understanding of a wide variety of analytical techniques, including mass spectrometry, UV, NMR, FTIR, chromatography, and more.
- Familiarity with USP monographs and chapters, and ICH/FDA guidance documents related to analytical method transfer and validation.
- Excellent technical writing skills and attention to detail in data review, authoring methods, specifications, technical reports, and regulatory filing documents.
