Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Holly Springs, NC (Onsite)

Job Summary:

  • Are you a proactive leader with a knack for managing large-scale projects in the biotech or pharma sector? We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client’s team. This role requires on-site presence and the ability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop readiness plans, schedules, and risk registers for multiple workstreams
  • Create detailed integrated schedules for clear visibility of critical paths
  • Facilitate workstream execution through close schedule monitoring and execution forums
  • Align schedules internally and externally with construction and commissioning/qualification workstreams
  • Drive workstream communication strategy with standardized progress tracking tools and processes
  • Provide strategic guidance on overall project delivery to de-risk and optimize execution

Skills Required:

  • Proven leadership skills with high performance expectations
  • Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans
  • Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Visio, Smartsheets, Miro, MS Teams)
  • Experience managing medium to large-scale projects in a matrix organization
  • Knowledge of biotech DS manufacturing processes and support functions
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Basic Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience OR Masters degree and 5 years of experience OR Bachelors degree and 7 years of experience OR Associates degree and 12 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 14 years of experience
