Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Holly Springs, NC (Onsite)
Job Summary:
- Are you a proactive leader with a knack for managing large-scale projects in the biotech or pharma sector? We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our client’s team. This role requires on-site presence and the ability to start within two weeks of receiving an offer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop readiness plans, schedules, and risk registers for multiple workstreams
- Create detailed integrated schedules for clear visibility of critical paths
- Facilitate workstream execution through close schedule monitoring and execution forums
- Align schedules internally and externally with construction and commissioning/qualification workstreams
- Drive workstream communication strategy with standardized progress tracking tools and processes
- Provide strategic guidance on overall project delivery to de-risk and optimize execution
Skills Required:
- Proven leadership skills with high performance expectations
- Ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans
- Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, Visio, Smartsheets, Miro, MS Teams)
- Experience managing medium to large-scale projects in a matrix organization
- Knowledge of biotech DS manufacturing processes and support functions
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
Basic Qualifications:
- Doctorate degree and 3 years of experience OR Masters degree and 5 years of experience OR Bachelors degree and 7 years of experience OR Associates degree and 12 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 14 years of experience
