Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in Pharma, Biotech, or Medical Device industries. This role will primarily be remote, with the potential for on-site work. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating, reporting, and ensuring the stability of Combination Product Operations (CPO) project activities. This includes managing cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and adhere to high-quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead medium to large projects independently and collaborate with Program Managers on multi-year programs.
- Manage overall program, including creating and maintaining project schedules, identifying and mitigating risks, and driving task execution.
- Ensure product development process meets all cross-functional standards, SOPs, and regulatory needs.
- Co-lead cross-functional Program Core Team to establish an integrated plan for resources and materials.
- Identify and solve complex cross-functional integration problems.
- Work with functional engineering leadership team to grow project leadership skills within the Core Team.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Biomedical Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in project leadership in engineering product development, manufacturing, or research environment.
- Experience with design controls and medical device regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to build lasting cross-functional relationships.
- Understanding/experience with the New Product Introduction (NPI) cycle and cross-functional interdependencies.
- Proficiency in MS Project, One Pager, MS Teams, Smartsheet is a plus.
