Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Pay Rate: $74/hr – $76/hr
Job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for advancing and sustaining global supply chain business processes. You will work closely with Global Business Process Managers and stakeholders at various levels to enhance business processes, share best practices, and identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain global business processes related to Jurisdictional Control
- Collaborate with the global network to promote integration, share best practices, and drive continuous improvement
- Support multiple Business Process Managers across key supply chain pillars (Plan, Source, Deliver, Enable) to integrate new transformational capabilities into existing processes and improve existing ones
- Create and deliver training content to a global audience
- Support system ownership, enhancements, S4 upgrade, and administration (system access and SOX compliance)
- Identify, quantify, and lead change management efforts with cross-functional impact across the network
Skills Required:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Proficiency in SAP
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Jurisdictional Control
