Job Title: Senior IT Analyst
Work Location: Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid – 2 days onsite 3 days remote)
Job Summary:
- The Sr. IT Analyst will be a part of the IT Infrastructure organization, with a primary focus on efficient delivery of all third-party and internally managed IT infrastructure used to support business process and services across the enterprise. This team works across IT towers and with the business partners to provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of IT Infrastructures that fulfill the needs of the business, including the full life cycle of technical architecture, infrastructure engineering, infrastructure operations and IT service support
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee cross-functional governance to ensure comprehensive IT Data Center portfolio planning.
- Address Internal Audit findings and develop remediation plans.
- Provide visibility into long-term roadmap for functional and technical changes to the portfolio.
- Ensure quality and consistency of deliverables across the team.
- Collaborate with IT Infrastructure Architects, IT Application, IT Office of the CIO, and business unit professionals.
- Support operational processes, including procurement, payment processing, spending optimization, and expense management related to infrastructure services.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in IT-related field.
- 4+ years of experience in medium-to-large Data Center operations.
- Proficiency in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory Administration, VMWare vCenter administration, VMware vRealize Automation, VMWare vRealize Operations Automation.
- Experience in working with service providers and delegating operational activities.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure components, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
