Job Title: SAP S4/Hana Business Delivery Lead Systems Analyst
Job Description:
- As a SAP S4/Hana Business Delivery Lead Systems Analyst, you will be a service-oriented, positive, and proactive team member. Your role will involve implementing and supporting SAP solutions to meet our client’s business requirements. You will collaborate with business process teams to understand current and future business processes and requirements. This role requires you to act as a liaison between a third-party support team and end users, ensuring technical compatibility and user satisfaction. You will also be responsible for writing and maintaining detailed system documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guiding business management in their use of SAP S4/Hana
- Identifying business process improvements and supporting the business in achieving high productivity levels
- Translating business requirements into business-based solutions
- Troubleshooting SAP S4/Hana business processes in various modules
- Implementing SAP S4/Hana system solutions
- Collaborating with Business Analysts, Project Leads, and IT teams to resolve issues
Skills Required:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in IT and/or Business or equivalent work experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in leading systems implementation
- Strong skills in SAP S4/Hana EBS, customer service, communication, facilitation, leadership, analytics, and data modeling
- Experience in training both internal and external users
- Proficiency in writing test scripts, SOPs, and work instructions
- Experience in system implementation
- Experience in cell therapy/biotech is a plus
