Job Title: Regulatory Specialist
Location: Remote (First shift hours required)
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit FCC/FAA applications and supporting documents related to tower construction, modifications, and antenna installations.
- Review and approve Regulatory Notice to Proceed (RNTP) for all tower sites, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain relationships with FCC, FAA, and other local, state, and federal offices to ensure prompt processing of applications.
- Use electronic tracking methods to review and approve tower construction, modification, and antenna installation processes.
- Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers regarding site regulatory information.
- Maintain accurate regulatory approvals and documentation to facilitate compliance.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of the wireless communications industry and government administrative procedures.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent PC skills, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in preparation or review of FAA Forms 7460-1 and -2, FCC Forms 854, and state departments of transportation applications.
