Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead
Location: Strongsville, OH (Onsite)
Job Summary:
- Join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Lead, where you’ll play a crucial role in mitigating risk and ensuring the success of our capital projects. This position is based in our Strongsville, OH hub, with potential for remote work flexibility in the future.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with various teams to craft test strategy criteria for applications, considering data changes and other factors.
- Develop test strategies pertinent to specific applications.
- Create and manage test plans, scripts, and schedules.
- Guide individual QA teams to align with test objectives.
- Advocate for necessary changes and assist teams with the proper test strategy.
- Report to the program team on project-dictated testing timelines.
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in Quality Engineering Strategies and Test Management & Execution.
- Proficiency in Automation.
- Demonstrated Team Leadership & Mentoring skills.
- Excellent Collaboration and Communication skills.
- Experience in Defect Management.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a team player attitude.
- Domain experience is a plus but not a necessity.
