We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer III to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our client’s products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality assurance protocols and methodologies. These methodologies will be applied to the processing of materials into semi-finished or finished products, ensuring the highest level of quality and consistency.
  • The role involves overseeing and managing the compliance of manufacturing and production processes with both internal and external safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This is crucial for the global distribution of our client’s products.
  • The Quality Assurance Engineer III will design and implement procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating the precision and accuracy of production processes, equipment, and finished products. This will ensure that all products meet the stringent quality standards set by our client.
  • The role requires the analysis of reports and production data to identify trends. Based on these trends, the successful candidate will recommend updates or changes to quality standards and procedures when necessary.
  • The Quality Assurance Engineer III will ensure compliance with in-house and/or external specifications and standards such as Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), International Organization for Standardization (ISO), and Six Sigma.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) is essential for this role.
  • The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in Equipment Validation.
  • Knowledge of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards is a key requirement for this role.
  • Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is essential.
  • An additional skill that would be beneficial for this role is a Six Sigma certification.
