Job Title: QA Sr Manager

Are you a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with a knack for managing multiple projects and creating compelling content? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. This role is initially 100% onsite with potential for a hybrid arrangement in the future.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for the development, execution, and coordination of GxP Quality Management Reviews
- Coordinate and facilitate material creation and preparation sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional metric owners for GxP L0 Management Reviews
- Lead the digitalization of GxP L0 Quality Management Review metrics
- Develop graphics, animations, and visualizations for executive-level presentations
- Manage content plans and workflows for deliverables with overlapping timelines
Skills Required:
- Advanced Project Management Skills
- C-Suite Content Creation Skills
- Executive Level Communication Skills
- Experience in Quality or GxP Quality Management
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in creating presentations and storylines for executive-level communication
- Strong analytical skills with experience in dashboard creation and automation
- Ability to interact cross-functionally and navigate cultural differences
- Experience in Quality Management Systems in operations and R&D
- Budget management and portfolio skills are a plus
