Job Title: Project Manager-Business Capability
Location: Lawrence Township, NJ (Hybrid)
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager – Business Capability to lead digital capability initiatives within our client's Business Unit. The ideal candidate will oversee project execution, ensuring deliverables align with business goals while effectively managing risks, schedules, and financials.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage project teams to achieve digital capability objectives for our client's Business Unit.
- Plan and execute small to medium-sized projects, ensuring deliverables, schedules, and financials align with departmental best practices.
- Identify project dependencies and risks, providing regular status updates to management and stakeholders.
- Proactively address obstacles to maintain project momentum and progress.
- Collaborate with IT Business Partners and Digital Capability Managers to establish project management and governance structures.
- Assist in the development of business cases for digital capability investments.
Skills Required:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP, specifically in Supply Chain and Quality Processes.
- IT SDLC Project Management experience, particularly with SAP projects.
- Proficiency in data management support.
- Expertise in Microsoft Project and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with MS Teams and SharePoint sites.
- Knowledge of GxP validation and application interface, especially with SAP and Quality Management Systems.
