Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Remote
We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Project Manager with a strong background in AI/GenAI digital product management. This role is pivotal in driving the complete product development cycle, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and monitoring the performance of AI-driven digital solutions in a dynamic, agile setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the entire product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond
- Convert business objectives into product roadmaps and technical prerequisites
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing)
- Monitor and report on product KPIs and performance metrics
- Apply hands-on AI/GenAI expertise to product strategy and execution
- Guide team members and exhibit strong leadership and people management skills
- Liaise with stakeholders and communicate product direction effectively
- Prioritize customer-focused design and scalable product quality
- Participate in meetings with cameras on for active team collaboration
Required Experience & Skills:
- 3–6 years of experience in digital product management with a focus on AI/GenAI
- 5+ years of leadership and people management experience
- Proven track record in developing complex AI/ML/GenAI solutions
- Excellent communication skills, technical intuition, and attention to detail
- Deep passion for AI, cognitive science, and lifelong learning
- Prior experience in biotech/pharma is preferred
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and data-driven decision-making
