Job Title: Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team in managing project safety, quality, schedule, cost control, contracts, risk, suppliers, proposals, estimates, documentation turnover, client relations/management, field staff, and other duties required to execute various projects.
- Responsible for overall project execution and successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
- Provide leadership and guidance of all aspects of multi-discipline engineering projects from concept to completion.
- Manage all aspects of project communication and serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, manage scope, and control project costs.
- Generate new business revenue by developing new client relationships or leveraging existing client relationships.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor Degree in engineering, construction management or related degree from an accredited program and 7 years of applicable experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding work environment, ability to work overtime on short notice.
- Excellent computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office.
- Strong experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.
