Job Title: Project Analyst 2
The Project Analyst 2 is a critical role within our client's organization, responsible for providing comprehensive support to Project Managers through meticulous data entry and execution of routine tasks. The incumbent will be entrusted with updating multiple data sources with work schedules, clearing constraints, and procuring necessary documentation. This role also involves active collaboration with regional and district teams to delegate tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide robust support to Project Managers through accurate data entry and execution of routine tasks.
- Update multiple data sources with work schedules, clear constraints, and procure necessary documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with regional and district teams to delegate tasks.
- Analyze, code, test, and document moderately complex applications programs derived from detailed specifications.
- Prepare comprehensive specifications from which programs will be written.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Proven experience in tracking and managing projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and solve problems effectively.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with Primavera 6 (not mandatory).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to prioritize work effectively.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
