Job Title: Process Development Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Onsite)
Job Summary:
- Join our dynamic team as a Process Development Associate! This role is perfect for recent life sciences graduates with hands-on laboratory experience, particularly in mammalian cell culture and protein purification techniques.
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to drug substance process development in a team environment
- Execute mammalian cell culture experiments at different scales
- Perform purification experiments, including filtration, chromatography, and ultrafiltration/diafiltration (UFDF)
- Program automation for process equipment
- Troubleshoot process/equipment issues
- Design experiments and analyze data using visualization and analytics software
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a life sciences field
- Hands-on lab experience in cell culture or protein purification
- Familiarity with data visualization and analytics software (e.g., GraphPad Prism, JMP, Spotfire)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
