Operations Coordinator

Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Job Responsibilities:

  • Provided support to our client’s Small Cell Construction Team, overseeing multiple projects
  • Generate special reports for projects as required by customers or internal teams
  • Assist in job entry and updates in PMT, CRM, and Smart Sheets
  • Work with JDE Financial System for creating Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Ensure project milestones are tracked and completed timely to meet delivery timelines
  • Handle administrative tasks such as mailing, inventory management, event planning, and addressing office management inquiries

Skills Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or project management support role
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • High School Diploma or GED
