Job Title: Organizational Change Management Analyst
Location: Tallahassee, FL
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide change management initiatives of varying complexity and scope, supporting strategic objectives.
- Develop and execute change management strategies for complex projects, including identifying resistance, performance gaps, and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide advice on the implications of organizational plans and actions, making recommendations on factors that may impact change adoption and sustainability.
- Plan and execute change management deliverables throughout all project phases, acting as the technical change management expert on designated project teams.
- Facilitate team meetings and presentations, translating plans/policies into specific goals, tactics, action plans, and deliverables.
- Work onsite in Tallahassee 3 days a week, with a preference for local candidates. Open to candidates willing to travel once a month to Tallahassee.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Organizational Change Management, preferably within a major consulting firm.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and leading practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and effectively manage relationships with stakeholders, senior management, and staff.
- Prosci certification is preferred.
