Job Title: MCS Supply Chain Sr. Associate
Location: Remote (Pacific Time Zone)
We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Associate for our Supply Chain Management team. This role is remote, but candidates should be available to work during Pacific Time Zone hours and be able to support site operations locally as needed.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning activities with our external warehouse, aligning with overall supply chain strategies and operational goals.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies, managing the flow of goods from suppliers to customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to maintain optimal stock levels and meet demand requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency and service levels.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms to ensure optimal pricing, quality, and delivery performance.
Skills Required:
- Experience in warehouse coordination and logistics management.
- Proficiency in inventory control and process improvement.
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to identify trends.
- Excellent supplier relationship management skills.
- Experience with SAP Material and Inventory Management (MM and IM) and R3.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics preferred.
