Job Title: MCS Supply Chain Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Hybrid)
Working Hours: 7 AM – 4 PM or 8:00 – 5:00 PM (day shifts)

Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure product supply to patients.
- Monitor inventory at central locations and hospitals to minimize product waste.
- Support initiatives to improve business processes, reporting, and metrics.
- Convert and maintain purchase orders and master data in SAP.
- Organize data and report metrics to management.
- Coordinate logistics activities and interface with internal and external clients.
- Review and rationalize Bill of Material (BOM) requirements for new and existing products.
Skills Required:
- Strong SAP experience, particularly in converting production work orders and transfer orders.
- Proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet for pulling metrics, creating reports, and managing large datasets.
- Background in supply chain, preferably within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with global teams and manage shifting priorities.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
