Job Title: MCS Associate Quality Control
Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Onsite)
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated MCS Associate, Quality Control to join our team in Thousand Oaks, CA. This role involves performing routine laboratory procedures and analytical testing to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have experience in Quality Control (QC) or Quality Assurance (QA), strong technical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine laboratory procedures and analytical testing
- Document, compute, compile, interpret, and enter data
- Maintain and operate specialized equipment
- Initiate and/or implement changes in controlled documents
- Adhere to safety guidelines and cGMPs/CFRs
- Handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Skills Required:
- Minimum two years of Quality Control, Quality Assurance in a GMP or GLP environment
- Strong skills in pipetting, documentation, and aseptic techniques
- Ability to adhere to regulatory requirements, written procedures and safety guidelines
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented and flexible
- Understanding of regulatory requirements, safety guidelines and factors impacting compliance
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree and 2 years of Quality Control, Quality Assurance OR related experience OR Associate degree and 6 years of Quality Control, Quality Assurance OR related experience OR High school diploma / GED and 8 years of Quality Control, Quality Assurance OR related experience
