Job Title: MCS Associate Quality Control

Work Location: Thousand Oaks, CA (Onsite)

Job Summary:

  • The MCS Associate Quality Control, will be an integral part of our team, responsible for conducting routine laboratory procedures and analytical testing in a regulated environment. This role requires a meticulous individual who can maintain and operate specialized equipment, initiate and implement changes in controlled documents, and adhere to safety guidelines and cGMPs/CFRs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute routine laboratory procedures and perform analytical testing with precision and accuracy.
  • Document, compute, compile, interpret, and input data, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all recorded information.
  • Maintain and operate specialized laboratory equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Initiate and implement changes in controlled documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and cGMPs/CFRs, including maintaining training records, laboratory documentation, written procedures, building monitoring systems, and laboratory logbooks.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • A minimum of two years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance in a GMP or GLP environment (excluding internships).
  • Proficiency in pipetting, documentation, and aseptic techniques.
  • Ability to adhere to regulatory requirements, written procedures, and safety guidelines.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Detail-oriented and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
  • Ability to organize work, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
