Job Title: Lead Reporting Analyst
Location: Akron, OH (Hybrid work model with 3 days in office)
Job Description:
- We are seeking a Lead Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role will be instrumental in providing thought leadership around reporting needs, developing executive-level reporting to show project delivery, and enhancing our reporting infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide thought leadership around reporting needs
- Develop executive-level reporting to show project delivery
- Enhance reporting infrastructure to support the types of reports being built
- Translate business into technical requirements
- Communicate effectively with high-level executives
Skills Required:
- Expertise in Data Warehouse and/or Business Intelligence applications
- Expert-level SQL skills
- Proficiency in Tableau and other BI tools (PowerBI, OBIEE)
- Experience with SDLC end-to-end
- Familiarity with Jira
- Experience in Agile methodologies
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience working on specific data/business analytics
