Job Title: IT Specialist 6
Location: Fully Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting cyber security analysis and data security tasks
- Running reports and managing deployment activities within data security
- Handling tickets, incoming requests, and processing requests
- Collaborating with customers, maintaining a customer service mindset
- Documenting all activities and maintaining clear communication
- Flexibility with policy work and engineering tasks within an agile team
Skills Required:
- Master’s Degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of fifteen years experience in the field performing complex analysis, consulting, and project management
- Experience in technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk analysis
- Ability to convert customer or product requirements into total systems solutions
- Experience in evaluating hardware/software deliveries for installation into operational baseline
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Understanding of Agile practices
- Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention principles and tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipeline and DevOps
