Job Title: IT Analyst
Location: Columbus, OH
Job Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst to support and enhance IT infrastructure services in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The role involves managing service partners, maintaining system health, supporting IT service delivery, and contributing to long-term roadmaps across utility operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gathering and tracing requirements to test cases
- Leading organized meetings and building customer relationships
- Managing service partners to support SLAs
- Reporting on the status of the portfolio, including the number of apps, incident status, and health of the environment
- Collaborating on roadmaps and applying critical thinking/problem-solving skills
- Traveling to our client’s business unit or Service Provider locations as needed
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in IT infrastructure services or infrastructure analysis, deployment, and support
- Proficiency with computers, operating systems, and software (MS Office Suite, MS Project, and other IT applications)
- Excellent analytical abilities, including process analysis and development, problem-solving, and root cause analysis
- Strong teaming skills, collaboration, negotiation, communication, organizational, people management, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and metrics
- General working knowledge of the gas and electric utility industry
