Job Title: HEOR Consultant III
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HEOR Consultant III to join our team. The successful candidate will serve as the lead for individual projects supporting clinical development programs under the strategic guidance of a Director, Health Outcomes. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop a Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) evidence strategy across the product life cycle, in alignment with regulatory guidelines, payer/HTA needs, and patient-centricity principles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the needs for a COA endpoint and/or assessments of patient experience for individual disease/therapeutic areas and early development projects.
  • Provide input to target product profile development and clinical development strategy from a COA and patient-centricity perspective.
  • Support development of a global strategy and compile a COA evidence package/dossier for submission to Health Authorities and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) agencies.
  • Collaborate with Global Clinical Development/Clinical Management on licensing/translation/linguistic validation and modality adjustment/validation (eCOA/ePRO), measure implementation, and rater training development.
  • Manage relationships with vendors to ensure timely completion of high-quality projects.
  • Maintain awareness, education on, and implementation of HEOR and COA-related methods, tools, and data sources.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in clinical, biological, or social sciences and a Master’s degree in a relevant field (outcomes research, health services research, epidemiology, public health, community health, or related fields).
  • At least 3 years professional experience in the COA field.
  • Experience with managing COA development and validation projects.
  • Technical competency in the use of eCOA/ePRO and its implementation, and linguistic validation of COA measures.
  • Excellent knowledge of clinical development and research study designs and interpretation.
  • Strong knowledge of legal and regulatory environment influencing clinical development plans, labeling, and promotional claims.

Preferred:

  • Project Management experience.
  • Experience working with and overseeing external contractors and vendors.
