Job Title: Financial Analyst 2
We are actively seeking a Financial Analyst of exceptional caliber to become an integral part of our Marketplace Partners Finance Operations team. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member with the capacity to establish and nurture robust business relationships. We are particularly interested in analytical thinkers who can pinpoint and rectify issues affecting marketplace partner orders and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will work closely with vital business partners to ensure that trade terms are meticulously maintained.
- The role requires the candidate to serve as a subject matter expert on our client’s Marketplace Partners, sales order maintenance, order types, pricing conditions, and products.
- The candidate will be expected to proactively manage all facets of Marketplace Partner trade terms in SAP and JBA.
- The role involves coordinating credit memo execution and tracking, processing supplemental/manual override discount requests, and overseeing special projects.
- The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and responding to daily email inquiries, retaining documentation for audit purposes, and responding to audit inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; SAP/JBA, Sprint, Cognos/Info Retriever (bookings), and MMX experience preferred.
- The ideal candidate will be an excellent team player, capable of thriving in a dynamic team environment.
- Effective communication skills in a variety of settings & audiences are essential.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required (or additional experience in lieu of).
- A minimum of 2+ years of work experience in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales Operations is required.
