Job Title: Electrical E&I Superintendent
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee electrical and instrumentation aspects of mission-critical data center projects.
- Planned, organized, and supervised specific construction work for assigned project areas.
- Ensure timely and profitable completion of projects while maintaining safety standards.
- Supervise construction efforts including safety, productivity, efficient use of materials and equipment, and contractual performance.
- Build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other contractors.
- Oversee electrical and instrumentation installation, conduct related tests, and provide oversight for instrument calibration.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7 years of construction management experience or craft supervision experience on electrical projects, or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, strong leadership skills, and a strong safety background.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand isometric drawings, structural drawings, and P&IDs.
- Ability to meet the company’s driving requirements.
- Experience in overseeing project site material and tool management.
