Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer

Join our team as a Desktop Support Engineer, where you’ll be a key player in resolving technical issues and ensuring client satisfaction. This role is perfect for those with 1-5 years of experience who are eager to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely manner and resolve customer support tickets.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues in collaboration with the RFID vendor.
- Working closely with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Documenting and maintaining accurate records of support tickets and resolutions.
- Assisting in the creation and maintenance of support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of basic networking concepts.
- Basic knowledge of RFID Hardware, Peripherals, and Mobile Devices.
- Experience in Android support.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in a customer support or help desk role is a plus.
