Job Title: Curriculum Design Manager
Location: Fully Remote (Must work PST 8-5pm, minimal flexibility may be provided)

We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage and revamp our curriculum content and Knowledge Centers. You’ll work closely with subject matter experts to update our courses on drug development and optimize our SharePoint sites. If you thrive in a remote work environment and have the skills to create engaging, user-centric content, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management and governance of curriculum content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to update and revamp drug development courses.
- Maintain and improve SharePoint topic pages.
- Project Management:
- Manage multiple curriculum projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
- Create and design engaging coursework and training materials.
- Write compelling stories and develop content for various platforms.
- Reorganize and optimize our SharePoint site for better usability.
- Develop and implement a badging/gamification system to enhance user engagement.
- Train team members in storytelling techniques.
- Transform long-form content into new, engaging formats.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of related experience.
- Coursework creation and design
- Journalism experience
- Curriculum project management
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in SharePoint
- Experience with Sumtotal and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- User-centric design and content strategy
