Job Title: Consumer Content Specialist

Job Summary:
- We are seeking a Consumer Content Specialist to join our team in Bothell, WA. This role focuses on developing high-quality packaging artwork and printed content for Oral Healthcare products while ensuring compliance with consumer packaging and labeling requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quality packaging artwork and printed content for our client’s Oral Healthcare products.
- Ensure consumer packaging and labeling requirements are incorporated and executed in product development.
- Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for the flawless execution of artwork projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and manage changes in project scope, schedule, and content.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, manage the relationship with internal customers, and obtain approvals from all stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our ways of working, ensuring compliance with medical device standards.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in consumer-oriented education, Business Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, or a relevant technical background in consumer-facing roles.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in similar roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to foresee and address problems proactively.
- Ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously with a high level of detail.
- Strong negotiation skills, judgment, and collaborative working approach.
