Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Summit, NJ (50% onsite required)
Job Summary:
- Join our team as a Business Systems Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in implementing and supporting SAP solutions to meet our business needs. You’ll work closely with business process teams, third-party support teams, and end users, ensuring technology investments align with strategic objectives. This role requires a service-oriented, positive, and forward-thinking individual with a strong IT background and experience in SAP S4/Hana.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business management to optimize the use of SAP S4/Hana.
- Identify business process improvements and support the business in achieving high productivity levels.
- Translate business requirements into SAP S4/Hana solutions.
- Troubleshoot SAP S4/Hana business processes, providing resolution and improvements as required.
- Train end users and implement SAP S4/Hana system solutions.
- Partner with vendors and third-party support teams to resolve system issues and develop enhancements.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT and/or Business.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in leading systems implementation utilizing SDLC and Project Management methodologies.
- Proficiency in SAP S4/Hana EBS.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
