Job Title: Business Process Owner

Job Summary:

  • The Business Process Owner will be responsible for the development, maintenance, monitoring, and enhancement of our client’s global supply chain business processes. This role is integral to the successful operation of the supply chain and will require close collaboration with Global Business Process Managers and various stakeholders. The aim is to mature business processes, share best practices, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for the development, maintenance, monitoring, and enhancement of global supply chain business processes.
  • Collaborate with Global Business Process Managers and stakeholders to mature business processes, share best practices, and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide support to the Physical Financial Flows product teams, TM, and distribution functions.
  • Assist multiple Business Process Managers across key supply chain pillars to integrate new transformational capabilities into existing processes.
  • Develop and deliver training content to a global audience.
  • Lead change management efforts with cross-functional impact across the network.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A Master’s degree or a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience or a High school diploma with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and digital teams.
  • Strong knowledge base in SAP (TM, Tolling, GTS).
  • Experience in supporting current Business Processes for Tolling, TM, GTS run activities.
  • Ability to help test and implement ERP Modernization roadmap.
