Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine procedures to address complex issues, acting as a subject matter expert within the functional area.
- Engage in negotiation and collaboration, employing creative thinking and innovative approaches across multiple technologies.
- Support initiatives aimed at meeting and expanding our client’s business needs.
- Oversee service performance to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring visibility of SLA performance and problem areas within the organization.
- Manage support exceptions/escalations and refine business processes as needed.
- Plan and manage service deliveries for standard and customized IT solutions to meet customer and business requirements.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to translate technical jargon for a non-technical audience.
- Experience in an Agile environment and familiarity with Service Level Management.
- Strong written communication skills.
