Job Title: Applications Engineer
Location: Remote (North America preferred)
Job Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise in Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation Modules
- Be ready to contribute immediately and effectively
- Prioritize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines
- Communicate effectively within a team setting
- Work collaboratively with a larger Workday team, though not on a daily basis
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience with Workday Compensation & Advanced Compensation Modules
- Proven ability to work independently and hit the ground running
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience with Workday Compensation in a large, international company is a plus
Additional Information:
- Degree not required; Workday certifications in compensation/advanced compensation are a plus
- 10+ years experience preferred
- You will work directly with 1-2 other team members
- Experience configuring and supporting pay cycles for a large company (>10k employees) is beneficial
- Knowledge of calculation fields, BIRT reports, Stock, Bonus and Merit plans is advantageous
- Ability to review requirement/design documents and build the Workday advanced compensation configuration with minimal direction is desired.
