Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite)
Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the smooth operation of the organization and requires a candidate who can handle a variety of tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate project communications, liaising with senior management and external clients to address project-related matters.
- Undertake document management responsibilities, including scanning, electronic filing, duplication, and collation of important documents.
- Oversee real estate and facility requirements, maintaining a comprehensive log and updating relevant stakeholders on progress.
- Coordinate office security measures and maintain a comprehensive spreadsheet for regional offices.
- Plan, organize, and execute events for project teams and departmental units.
- Develop and update visual content such as posters and monthly slide presentations.
- Perform general administrative duties including answering phone calls, welcoming visitors, procuring office supplies, and organizing project-related meetings or events.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Acute attention to detail and reading comprehension.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in using various business systems and databases.
- Experience with electronic repository systems, travel systems, and financial information systems.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
