Job Title: Identity Access Management Specialist
Location: Hybrid Work Model (Initial Onsite Training Required) – Columbia, SC
Join our team as an Identity Access Management Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining system access and ensuring adherence to corporate security protocols. This position involves managing user identities, security provisioning, and access control across various platforms. If you have a knack for problem-solving, customer service, and have experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and RACF, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer system access for enterprise applications, LAN, email, and remote systems.
- Conduct regular access reviews and audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve security access issues, providing support to both internal and external customers.
- Collaborate with IT teams to improve identity management processes and security frameworks.
- Use ADOM and Exchange for user access administration, with exposure to RACF and other secure applications.
- Document procedures, update policies, and participate in security-related projects.
Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of IT technical experience in infrastructure or application security.
- Profound knowledge of IT security principles, user provisioning, and access control systems.
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and RACF for user administration.
- Ability to quickly learn new security tools and technologies.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with customers and technical teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Power Automate, and Access Databases.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate security requests and policy adherence.
