Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Canonsburg, PA (Hybrid Schedule)
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate customer meetings, including kick-off and status update calls.
- Manage internal operations and engineering groups to ensure effective planning, communication, and implementation of solutions.
- Communicate project status and dependencies to customers to set and meet expectations.
- Develop and maintain a relationship with the client, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Perform critical path analysis for projects to manage deployment aspects and mitigate risk.
- Take complete ownership of projects, making independent decisions that affect the overall scope.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in a related industry.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Understanding of OSP/ISP construction, Ethernet technologies, and carrier installation procedures.
