Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Strongsville, OH (Hybrid)
Duration: 5 months (Possible Extension)
Job Summary:
- Join our dynamic team as a ServiceNow Developer! You’ll be part of a group focused on risk mitigation and ITSM transformation. Our team consists of a diverse mix of professionals including BSA, Developers, Scrum Masters, and QE. We operate in a full Agile environment and are looking for someone who can work both independently and as part of a team to solve complex problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Consult with our clients to understand their information processing and computation needs.
- Analyze job performance and processes to determine information flow.
- Link and coordinate computer systems within the organization for increased compatibility and information sharing.
- Collaborate with management to align on system principles.
- Modify or expand systems to improve workflow or serve new purposes.
- Configure and implement the ServiceNow platform, specifically for Digital Product Release.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Experience in ITSM / DevOps.
- Experience in configuring and implementing ServiceNow.
- Agile experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience with cloud-based computing systems is preferred
