Job Title: Finance Manager

Location: Onsite at Rhode Island

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in the capacity of Manager of Finance. This role is pivotal in the organization’s financial planning and analysis, providing critical insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive financial planning and analysis services to designated areas within the organization.
  • Offer analytical insights to senior management to aid in the formulation of long-term plans, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts.
  • Participate in crucial decision-making processes, including capital budgeting and pricing analyses, to ensure financial viability.
  • Educate and guide staff members on the company’s financial policies, promoting their understanding and application.
  • Identify, analyze, and present opportunities for enhancing operational efficiencies and achieving cost savings.
  • Develop and implement benchmarks for resource allocation, efficiency evaluation, and asset management, contributing to the organization’s overall financial health.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Capital Investments, Actual/Forecasting/Budget reporting, and Variance Analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience with financial software such as SAP and Hyperion.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including handling large data sets, Vlookup, and Match.
  • Prior experience in the manufacturing sector, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • An MBA or CPA certification is highly desirable.
