Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator

Location: Columbus, OH (Hybrid)

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Recruitment Coordinator. This role is integral to our client’s team, contributing significantly to the recruitment process and ensuring a seamless experience for all potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating the arrangement and scheduling of panel interviews for open positions, ensuring a streamlined process for all involved parties.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for all matters related to orientation and onboarding, providing comprehensive information and guidance to facilitate a positive experience for incoming candidates.
  • Maintaining consistent communication with the Talent Acquisition leadership and their respective teams, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Collaborating closely with Recruiting Partners, prospective candidates, and hiring leaders to provide regular updates on interview schedules and progress.
  • Diligently reviewing and updating the interview tracker to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilizing specialized HR software to access candidate resumes, input interview data, and assign job requisitions.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and provide support to various people and programs simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • The ability to exercise independent judgment, make timely decisions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
