Job Title: Customer Service 1
Location: Remote (Must be able to work EST hours)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional support to our customer service team, primarily through data entry tasks.
  • Deliver top-notch customer service through timely, accurate communication and a proactive approach.
  • Respond to incoming emails and calls from the customer service team, account team members, and internal partners.
  • Ensure accurate receipt of orders and maintain them for delivery to meet customer expectations.
  • Proactively address issues through problem-solving, collaboration, and escalation.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience with SAP/CRP.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, PowerPoint is a plus.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) Systems is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Order Book management is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, or equivalent work experience.
  • Acceptable alternatives: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.
