Job Title: Performance Management Design Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our client’s People and Culture team to understand and improve the current performance management process.
- Stay informed about industry best practices in performance management design.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance the performance management process, aligning it with our client’s goals and objectives.
- Design tools, templates, and resources to support leaders and practitioners in managing performance effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights, ensuring the performance management process meets the needs of various stakeholders.
- Provide training and guidance to leaders and practitioners on the new performance management process, ensuring successful adoption and implementation.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance management design, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
- Strong knowledge of performance management theories, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with performance management software is preferred.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with professional services.
- Experience in Performance Management Design.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled workflow and Success Factors.
- Experience with compensation planning tools such as Workday, and RedHat.
