Job Title: Performance Management Design Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our client’s People and Culture team to understand and improve the current performance management process.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices in performance management design.
  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to enhance the performance management process, aligning it with our client’s goals and objectives.
  • Design tools, templates, and resources to support leaders and practitioners in managing performance effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and insights, ensuring the performance management process meets the needs of various stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance to leaders and practitioners on the new performance management process, ensuring successful adoption and implementation.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in performance management design, preferably within a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of performance management theories, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with performance management software is preferred.

Additional Skills:

  • Familiarity with professional services.
  • Experience in Performance Management Design.
  • Knowledge of AI-enabled workflow and Success Factors.
  • Experience with compensation planning tools such as Workday, and RedHat.
