Job Title: Data Analyst – Junior
We are seeking a proactive Data Analyst – Junior. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team. This role involves creating Power BI dashboards to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of reports supporting our client’s field and store teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to source data from various datasets
- Identify new reporting opportunities and create reports based on business needs
- Design reports and databases
- Provide training for end users on reporting
- Document the process flow of reporting
- Understand and translate data connections and core issues to operational and financial controls
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.)
- 3-5 years of professional experience
- Intermediate to advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel experience
- Advanced analytical skills
- Understanding of off-price model
- Familiarity with data warehousing and data lake architecture
