Job Title: Sr. Functional Tech Analyst
Location: Remote
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and innovators to support product innovation and new technology research projects.
- Experiment with research and design concepts to test new technologies.
- Assist in the development of new procedures and techniques, making recommendations for improvements.
- Collect data, document work, and provide results.
- Train and instruct newly hired technicians as needed.
- Work with an 8-10 person team to deliver future state technology solutions using SAFE Agile principles.
Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
- Understanding of digital applications, systems, and master data.
- Knowledge of system integration technologies (i.e., Fusion, Informatica, AWS).
- Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and document requirements.
- Experience in implementing, integrating, and maintaining large-scale ERP application suites in the Retail/Fashion/Footwear industries (SAP, Sterling).
- Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
